Upcoming Projects
Athletic Center
The Athletic Center will be the first state of the art community space in the area that caters to athletic programming, job training, theater and arts. This state of the art space will be the pillar of the community The Athletic Center will be a two-story, 100,000+ square foot building. By creating a new two-story structure with an innovative design, the building’s footprint (the actual amount of site the building takes up) will enhance the overall esthetics and become a beacon in the community. The facility will house a gymnasium with 3 full size courts for basketball and volleyball. The indoor turf field will be used for baseball, soccer, football, lacrosse, tennis, etc. The Athletic Center will also include an indoor track, meeting space, an early child care center, small auditorium, music studio, karate dojo, fitness studio (yoga/spin cycle), fitness center, computer lab, event space, kitchen/concession cafe and wellness center.
These space will support our mission to provide a space in the community that enable specialized job training skills in nontraditional careers such as graphic design, video production, photography, stage production, lighting and music recording/mastering.
